Undine Tanzt!

Magic on the dancefloor: Undine goes dancing – and mixes up the digital festival area! In a text, media and dance lab, four poets and the dancer Willie Stark explored the worldwide phenomenon of mythological water women, among others in the moat of Hülshoff Castle. Long before Ingeborg Bachmann, Annette von Droste-Hülshoff had already dealt with the Undine theme in her story Ledwina. The TanzPoeten now present a modern Undine myth, musical, poetic, danceable.
In addition to the dance realization, a text and sound collage has been created, which leads through the castle park. The staging of the four elements in sound and word is an audio walk to lie down, a poetic ritual for the ears, a meditation on sounds that touch us and remind us of the meaning of natural forces.
